This Web Site is Sponsored by the Portuguese-American Historical Research Foundation, Inc.
Fundada em 1996 - Founded in 1996

We recommend our visitors to contact PACS direct for additional information.

Due to the fact that this web site has been served PACS for more than ten years, and it has acquired a large audience. The Foundation has received many requests that we provide just the basic information related to events and the Board of Directors. This is the only information that we can provide because it is of a public domain.

This website has served the Community of Palm Beach County since 2001 (10 years).
The Foundation has sponsored the local association in that area with their activities at no cost.
PACS' 2011 Administration has decided to end this relationship.
We have received many requests to continue to provide historical information for the last
Thirty Years, not only in Palm Beach County but for the whole State of Florida.

A RTP pelo seu TeleJornal informou recentemente e baseado em dados da PORDATA,
que os Portugueses são dos Europeus que mais falam e menos escrevem.
According to Portuguese statistics, the Portuguese are the ones who talk the most and write the least.

The Foundation Board of Directors has decided to continue since it is part of its Mission.
This website will be under construction for quite some time. We welcome any comments.
We also welcome other Portuguese-American Social Civic Non-Profit
organizations located in the State of Florida to share with us their history.

We'll naturally start with PACS since we know their history since 1980.
PACS' headquarters' picture and the logo is now a public domain due to its
Non-Profit Socio-Cultural official and tax exempt status.
In this page we'll also provide information that will benefit all Portuguese-Americans,
